Search Terms
When a name, location, or record-related term is entered into a search box powered by a third-party provider, that query is sent to the provider operating the tool. This site does not store those search terms in its own local record system.
Messages
If a visitor sends an email or contact message, the submitted name, email address, and message content may be kept long enough to read, route, and answer the request. Messages are not shared outside the site operator except when required by law.

Advertising partners may use their own systems to recognize activity across websites for ad measurement or interest-based advertising. That tracking is handled on their platforms, not inside an official Montgomery County record system.
